Director of Sports Performance
Juste is the Director of Performance at Colorado Elite Strength and Speed, where he focuses on helping athletes and adults build strength, stamina, and confidence. His training philosophy is built on creating a positive environment where every session leaves people feeling motivated and driven.
Born and raised in Rwanda, Juste’s life changed dramatically at age 12 when the 1994 civil war forced him and his family to flee as refugees. Life in Congo and Kenya meant hunger, harsh conditions, and no clear future. When his family resettled in the United States, the weight of loss and separation led him into depression. At first, he turned to the party lifestyle as an escape, but it only made things worse. The true turning point came when he returned to sports and fitness, where he rediscovered purpose and resilience.
Fitness cured his depression, and now Juste is motivated to help others find that same outlet. His mission is to show athletes and adults that training is not just about building the body but also about strengthening the mind. He uses his own story to inspire others to chase growth, overcome struggle, and use fitness as a tool for leadership and a better life.
