Foundational Tier - Package 1


Attend classes 2x a week - $200/month
Athletes in the Foundation Tier attend training 2 times per week. Each session blends speed development, strength training, and movement fundamentals that build a strong base for performance. This tier is perfect for athletes balancing busy schedules, new to structured training, or looking for consistent improvement without being overwhelmed. Our coaches guide every workout to make sure athletes learn proper technique, train safely, and steadily gain confidence in their athletic ability.
By selecting a package, you not only get access to your scheduled classes but you can also use the gym at any time during open hours.
